Debra Baltus

Debra was born and raised in Wisconsin and received her law degree from Drake Law School after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in Comprehensive Public Accounting. She moved to Michigan to continue her legal career in 1987 and opened her own law firm in 1990, which she retired from at the end of 2016. For almost 40 years, Debra has used her expertise in estate planning, elder law and real estate to help families who need to move a loved one into a senior care community, including her own mother in 2013, and thoroughly understands the issues and family dynamics which may arise in the process. Debra is also a real estate investor and has received certifications as a Senior Transition Specialist and a Mom’s House Certified Buyer.

William Shamoun

William has lived most of his life in the metro Detroit area and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and the St. Vincent De Paul Council at his church, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Troy, MI. He enjoys helping others and especially likes working with seniors. He is a real estate agent, property manager and real estate investor. These experiences help him when working with families dealing with real estate issues when they need to move a loved one into a senior care community. He is there to assist them to make the transition as seamless and as painless as possible. William has received certifications as a Senior Transition Specialist and a Mom’s House Certified Buyer.

Scott Moseley

Scott has lived in Southeastern Michigan his entire life. He currently resides in Rochester Hills with his wife and three daughters. He attended Oakland University, where he studied Engineering Physics. From a young age, Scott felt called to be of service to others and volunteers in numerous service roles. For the past decade, he has consulted with homeowners, helping them make design and home improvement decisions, enhancing the value of their homes. Scott assists with the behind the scenes administrative responsibilies for Lifetime Holdings and serves as the Managing Member of Lifetime Holdings LLC’s sister company, Lifetime Liquidations LLC, removing and rehoming the household items the family no longer wants.

Ronny Eid

Ronny has lived most of his life in Michigan. For 10 years, he worked in sales. During his sales career, he also attended Wayne State University. In 2012, he changed careers and became a real estate agent. As a realtor, Ronny has received many real estate certifications that allow him to help his clients successfully close their desired purchase, sale, or lease transactions. He has also helped to create a real estate team which has received multiple awards. Customer service has always been key in everything he does. Ronny is a property manager and real estate investor, which, when combined with his realtor experience, gives him significant insights when discussing the pros and cons of real estate transactions with his clients.
